in case of damaged items, package never received, wrong item received, or any other concerns or issues with your order. Please email us at contact@crunkspot.com to initiate a return.
In the email you must state the issue, the tracking number, product number, date the order was received, your address, and a high quality image of any damages on the product.
If we do not have all of the information stated above we will not issue a return or refund.
